WARRIOR Rhythm

Fitness-focused with yoga undertones, WARRIOR Rhythm™ increases strength, flexibility, and balance. It’s yoga +  weights +  HIIT + mindfulness rolled into one insanely rhythmic experience! Grab a yoga mat, and weights, and get ready for unconventional yoga flows and unforgettable playlists designed to unleash your inner wild thing!

WARRIOR Strength

Cardio + Lifting, WARRIOR Strength is functional fitness for every level and everyone who wants to sweat and feel their muscles burn! WARRIOR Strength has two 30-minute sections that focus on HIIT and weight training. This format delivers playlists that rock, and engaging formulas for a total endorphin rush!

​WARRIOR Strength - BURN
Your “CARDIO COUNTDOWN” is here! Put the FUN in functional with our 30 minute, original 6-5-4-3-2-1 formula! With an emphasis on cardiovascular conditioning, this HIIT style class is all about heart health.
WARRIOR Strength- BUILD
In just 30 minutes, this strength-based class will tighten, tone, lengthen, and sculpt all your muscles! WARRIOR Strength weightlifting stations follow unique formulas that are smart, fun, and effective.

WARRIOR Combat

Combat is boxing inspired, powerful, and fierce.  It is for everybody and every BODY. WARRIOR Combat has two 30-minute sections distinguished by timed intervals and moves synchronized to music. Both include boxing combinations, HIIT training, total body strength aerobic and anaerobic conditioning. Have a set of dumbbells handy and get ready to feel like a confident badass.

WARRIOR Revolution

Experience the ultimate expression of music and cycling! WARRIOR Revolution bridges the gap between party on a bike and terrain based rides. Prominently featuring diverse playlists, intelligent programming, and dance undertones WARRIOR Revolution is perfect for newbies and seasoned riders looking for an edgier experience. Your ride awaits! Join the revolution!
