Seems like the older we get the harder we fall, and the harder we try to avoid it! When was the last time you fell? Was it while you were doing something new, something fun, or not so much? Did you hurt yourself?
Oh my goodness, the wonderful falls I’ve had as an older adult:
WARRIOR Rhythm™ and WARRIOR Strength™ are all about functional fitness. We have fun and listen to rocking music. We move and challenge our bodies physically. We fall in love with trying and wobbling and falling once in a while. We get stronger together. Then we go about our lives, ready to do hard things, not afraid to hit the ground once in a while.
