My dear friends, Beachbody announced the closing of their Live department Monday. I will continue to teach PiYo and P90X for now, probably for a number of months. I’ve been blessed by this company for 8 years (and even years before that when PiYo was owned by Powder Blue). I’ve spent some time behind the curtain dabbling in choreography inspiration and testing. And the creative side is something I really enjoy. Moving forward, I will likely create my own personal versions of these formats I adore so much and maybe help others do the same. That prospect excites me. I am still processing this news but part of the heaviness in my heart is actually immense gratitude. ❤️ Thank you Beachbody Live for elevating me personally and professionally all these years! Thank you to the Beachbody Live instructors who got certified with me and proudly represent us!! And last but not least thank you to my students who are really the nexus of my passion!!! ❤️ So many times in my life, loss and sadness have given way to beautiful beginnings and abundance that otherwise wouldn’t have been. ❤️ I am open. I am ready.

My WARRIOR journey began with a deep admiration & respect of Ellen de Werd’s mastery of exercise physiology.
